What is the status of the Technical Description?

To date, the Comunidad Creativa has not received any response from Firmal Reljuv S.A to the letter sent on February 27, 2025. The following email is therefore a reminder and a reminder that the Comunidad Creativa keeps a public record of its correspondence on this subject, as it would like to make its activities transparent for its members and the interested public in a central location. 

Dear Sir or Madam

We would like to draw your attention to the outstanding reply to our letter of 27.2.2025 and ask you once again to submit a detailed technical description of the object of joint responsibility as a prerequisite for the creation of a community of owners. The Comunidad Creativa as a representative of people living or invested here in the EPV is becoming increasingly important, as evidenced by the now 50 active members (i.e. living in the EPV) and numerous supporters. 

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, in the interests of transparency, we make our activities public on our website forum-dialog.site and this correspondence is part of that. 

As a reminder, the template, which lists the minimum requirements for such a technical description sorted by topic, is attached to this e-mail.

The new administration sent an invitation to selected investors to submit their requests for changes to the new condominium agreement. In addition to individual responses to this request, the association sends the following e-mail on behalf of its members to the reply address provided. 

Dear Sir or Madam

We are pleased to comply with your request and submit what we consider to be an essential proposal for a document to be drawn up by Reljuv S.A., on the basis of which a new condominium agreement can be drawn up and adopted in the first place.

Enclosed you will find a document containing a list of minimum requirements for a technical description of the object for which the condominium association is to assume responsibility in the future. In Germany, such a document is called a “declaration of division” and is likely to have a similar character in all European investors' countries of origin.

Without the information contained therein, a proper assumption of responsibility by the community of owners that is appropriate to the complexity of the property is not possible, cannot be justified and is therefore completely unacceptable.

The Comunidad Creativa is a community of people living in El Paraiso Verde who wish to combine their efforts to deal professionally with the challenges facing the project and the future community of owners.

This letter and the attached document have been prepared by this community of currently around 40 investors and should therefore be taken with the appropriate seriousness.

In accordance with the reasons set out in the document, we would like to set the date for the completion and provision of this documentation in any case before the convening of the first general meeting of the community of owners, as no solid basis can be created without the information requested therein.
