The project is facing a major change that will take place at all levels (legal, economic, intellectual). From a legal point of view, a paradigm shift is taking place. The developer is handing over the entire estate, which was previously managed solely by the developer, to the new owners, the owners' association of Barrio Cerraod “Paraiso Verde”.
