Introduction

Welcome to the new and surely soon expanding website of the Asociasion Simple “Comunidad Creativa”, a community of people that fate has brought together in one place in Paraguay to work on their abilities to form a community.
We all originally come from highly developed industrialized countries, although everyone certainly understands “highly developed” differently. The people here have decided for themselves that their ideas of a free, self-determined life in respect of the same needs of other people are currently not shared by the majority of people living in their countries of origin. They have therefore decided to leave their home countries, their familiar surroundings with all their advantages and disadvantages, in order to work on new forms of community life here in Paraguay, a country with plenty of space and development potential, which are more in line with their ideas.
Another thing these people have in common is the fact that they either live, have lived or are invested in a settlement area developed since 2016 by the company Reljuv S.A. under the marketing name “El Paraiso Verde”.
This project has been advertised as a community project, especially since 2020, when the social changes brought about by the coronavirus crisis gave many people the idea of emigrating, in which ostensibly pleasant-sounding principles of coexistence are practised or at least aspired to. A second, important pillar of the marketing strategy was the offer not only to protect life savings from the loudly predicted economic collapse or, alternatively, from state seizure by investing in the project, but even to turn them into a livelihood through a publicly guaranteed return on investment.
From the point of view of the vast majority of investors, around 90% of whom have left the project and some of whom are in serious financial difficulties, Reljuv S.A. has neither kept the principles of life nor kept its financial promises.
The current management of Reljuv S.A. holds the former CEO responsible for the misuse of investor funds. In October 2023, it terminated the contractual relationship with the CEO, who had allegedly been solely responsible for all financial matters until then, and took over the management of the company itself. As the administration of Reljuv S.A. has filed charges against the former CEO and other former employees, it suspects unlawful practices on the part of these former employees. These legal proceedings are still ongoing.
Investors have also filed charges against Reljuv S.A. and the members of the Management Board. These proceedings are also still ongoing. 
The current situation is characterized by a confusion of economic, legal and publicity actions that is difficult to understand.

• prejudgements,
• insinuation of character assassination,incoherent factual assertions
• sometimes very emotional verbal disputes
• non-transparent financial transactions (e.g. capital withdrawals from Reljuv S.A., which was unable to pay its investors, into private property or other companies owned by members of the Management Board, issuing and demanding bills of exchange, etc.)

which conceals the fact that there are also many, rather quieter attempts by the victims to somehow come to terms with the situation.

The Asociacion Simple (roughly equivalent to an e.V. in Germany) “Comunidad Creativa” serves as a platform for the people,

• who do not want to work on solutions to the crisis under the subjective arbitrariness of a company, but through the arduous process of joint decision-making
• want to professionalize their approach in line with the complexity of the situation by joining forces
• want to keep the discourse from their side as free as possible from subjective fluctuations in opinion through the necessity of collective opinion-forming and decision-making
• and who ultimately want to contribute to the preservation and further development of the “El Paraiso Verde” settlement project through all these attempts

All the descriptions on this website strive for the truth, that great good that is so difficult to achieve. Each person may understand truth differently and that is precisely what makes it so difficult to come to a consensus or even a decision on tricky issues.

The truth is a mountain
The truth is like a mountain and a complex truth is like a large, multifaceted mountain. When we approach a truth, we are usually not standing on the summit, but at the foot of the mountain. Each person stands in a different place. One person may come from the south and see the green side facing the sun, covered with meadows and trees, and look forward to a leisurely climb. Another may come from the north and see only bare rocks and steep slopes and not know how to get up there. A large mountain offers many different perspectives at its foot, and so it is with the truth when you approach it for the first time. If the people on the different sides of the mountain talk about what they see from their perspective, they will hardly agree and have the feeling that they will never be able to agree.
But if you wait until you reach the summit, no matter how easily or laboriously you may have reached it, you then have the opportunity to view the mountain - and thus the truth - from all sides and, above all, from a higher perspective. So let every mountaineer on the way to the truth be granted his or her current view of the mountain in the hope that when they meet on the summit, the possibility of a shared view of the truth will be possible and all previous arguments about the nature of the mountain will only stem from the fact that they started the ascent at a different point on the mountain.

With this in mind, the people who have arrived at this website are invited to view the positions presented here as snapshots that emerged at a certain point in time on the way to the summit. They can therefore be seen as a suggestion to take a closer look at the topic if you are interested, preferably in direct contact with the people here.
